Praise for a beautiful newly renovated studio apartment. It is equipped with everything you need on vacation. The hosts are friendly and approachable. You get a set of towels for use, and they left us clean towels in front of the apartment in the middle of our stay. We were with a child, the host prepared an extra cot, and the apartment was spacious enough with a cot for playing and staying. The location is excellent, minutes to the beach and the center, yet in peace and quiet, ideal for a family vacation and a quiet vacation.

Studio apartment extremely tidy, attention paid to every detail, absolutely nothing was missing, everything you want can be found inside. The terrace is spacious, the awning is made exactly in place to shade the table and you can eat on the terrace. We were with two small children, and it was enough for us regardless of the fact that it is a studio apartment. The beach is a minute away, there is also shade on the beach, a cafe directly on the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, the center is close, restaurants, bakeries, shops, pastry shops... Beautiful apartment near the beach with a wonderful view. It was a pleasure to drink coffee on that terrace in the morning and watch the boats. Thank you to the hosts who made it possible for us to have a carefree vacation in one of the better apartments we have stayed in in that part of the Adriatic. If I could give two fives, I would also give one for the cleanliness of the apartment. We are definitely coming back!

Great facility, very modernly finished. The equipment of the apartment was more than satisfactory. Starting from basic issues such as plates, cups and cutlery, and ending with a coffee machine and washing machine. All the equipment was functional and practically new. The air conditioners worked perfectly, the beds were new and comfortable. Wonderful hosts, who at every step asked if we needed anything, etc.

I spent a month here in April and absolutely loved my stay. The two-bed apartment is great, spacious and all brand new with air conditioning and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Wonderful to have the sunny terrace. I had online meetings most days and the wifi worked perfectly throughout my stay. Well-equipped kitchen with all you need. Walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants, the supermarket and nature trails. The family are lovely and were always available for any questions I had. Highly recommended.

The accommodations were perfect. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, clean, modern, spacious. It is very close to the public beach so it is suitable for all groups especially parents with small children. Pirovac is a charming little place with many facilities, bars, restaurants, entertainment attractions for children. Hosts are extremely nice people. The apartment is clean, modern, spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but quiet enough to rest. The host is also very friendly and approachable. I recommend this apartment.

I have visited many Croatian apartments, but I have never met such a perfect one. Everything the owner described in the introduction is true to the letter. The super pebble beach is really 2 minutes away, the "jewel box" old town is really just a few steps away. Our car was safe in the parking lot. Since the house is the last building on the cul-de-sac, the neighborhood is particularly quiet. Luka and his family welcomed us kindly, they were at our disposal for everything. The apartment is FREAKING clean. The quality, cleanliness and smell of the bed linen and towels are excellent. The kitchen equipment rivals that of a well-equipped home kitchen. The beds and sofas are brand new and comfortable. The huge terrace is a treasure! In the morning, it is worth running down to the bakery, which is also 2 minutes away, for warm bread and pastries. Good news for small children is that there are also 2 ice cream parlors two minutes away, with 20-25 types of ice cream. There are also 2 grocery stores and a farmer's market in the same place. Restaurants and pizzerias in the area offer delicious snacks within a 5-6 minute walk. I could go on and on, but I can only talk about the apartment, its location and the neighborhood at the highest level. I highly recommend, I will definitely be back.

Luka brought together a great apartment. The whole thing is thoughtful, and new. The kitchen, bathroom, living room/bedroom are well equipped. It was a special experience for our child to share a wireless screen because of the stories in their native language. Pirovac beach 2, downtown can be reached in 5 minutes or less. Luka is a real host, he thinks of everything, fulfills all your requests, absolutely flexible! It was a huge positive experience for a week. Thanks again, we're sure to see you again! :)

We stayed in the apartment in 8/2024 and we are delighted with everything provided. The apartment is modernly decorated, with all the necessary things, the terrace is large and equipped with things. The apartment itself is clean and tidy, and everything is in its place. The beach is a minute's walk down the alley, and there is always a place to put a towel. Among other things, the recommendation goes to the local bakery Laura, which always has fresh pastries and bread, and the pastry shop Viktorija with the most affordable scoop of ice cream for 1 euro, and every flavor is exquisite. It is also not necessary to start the car at all, because everything is a few minutes' walk from the apartment, including the center itself. In the evening, it is recommended to walk around the charming old town and sit on the waterfront with the sounds of the sea. And finally, praise for the hosts who are very, very accommodating and kind. We are coming back again.
